Cannot use the 1Password extension in Firefox

Hello guys,

I'm using 1Password for years now, but since half a year I have to problem that I can't use the quick fill in feature of 1Password in Firefox anymore.

You can see all relatable information in the screenshot below.

I'm using the most up-to-date version of 1Password for Windows (4.1.0.538), the newest version of Kaspersky Internet Security (15.0.2.361) and Windows 8.1.

As Agilebits mentioned here https://guides.agilebits.com/1password-windows-kb/4/en/topic/kaspersky-internet-security what to do whit that issue, I updated my Kaspersky. But with no success.
Before you tell me to check the key combination options in 1P, I changed them to ctrl + #. And I already reinstalled my Firefox.

Would be glad if you could help me, because I really need and love that program.
