Suddenly---nothing is working
1Password is not asking to save logins in things I am doing manually. None of the saved logins are working. I trying to install the Firefox addon, when I saw it was not there for some reason (everything was working at least 90% of the time, never perfect), and the AbileBits connection failed so I cannot install the addon...what's up?-c

Please give us more information:
- What is your 1P version (go to 1P >About 1Password and tell us exactly what it says there)?
- What exactly happens if you open Firefox and then, in 1Password, go to 1P > Install Browser Extensions...? (That works for me connecting to the correct page)

Hi @CKRred,
I'm sorry you're having trouble with the extension! It will help if you can let us know the information Stephen asked for. Also, can you please elaborate on what happens when you try to install the extension in Firefox? If you get an error message, it will help if you can let us know the exact message or post a screenshot. Thanks!

ok...I posted this discussion last week, and it did not get posted or responded to. Suddenly nothing is auto filled...and I cannot add the addon in Firefox (which is probably why this is happening) since I reinstalled Firefox, because I am getting a connection error on your end. Please advise.

Hi @CKRred,
I've merged your two threads where as you can see, both a community moderator and a member of AgileBits replied to you but we didn't hear back from you until today.
Here is the sequence of what I see when installing the Firefox extension just now.
At what stage do you receive this error?
I would suggest removing the 1Password extension from Firefox and starting afresh after a reboot. If you receive the error again a screenshot may prove educational and help determine what is going on. Let us know how you fare.
