Some Items Not Syncing
I use 1Password for Windows (Version 1.0.9.342) and 1Password for iPhone (Version 5.2) and I sync using dropbox.
I have noticed that there are a handful of entries that aren't syncing between devices - some on my phone, some on my computer. I have tried repairing data my computer and that didn't seem to solve the problem.

What categories are the non-syncing items in?

@DBrown, Thanks. It turns out my dropbox folder on my computer had become unlinked.

Ah, so the entries that weren't syncing were the recently edited ones. :)
