License Not Being Sent In Email When Requested

I recently had to move from iMac to MacBook as my iMac died suddenly. I had been using 1password 5 for a long time on the iMac having upgraded from 1password 4.

Having moved to the MacBook I seemed to manage to download 1 password 5 but now I am getting 'Trial Expired' message.

However when I request my license it only sends me a license for 1 password 3 which was the very first 1password product I purchased.

I have an order number.

Please advise

    On the assumption you bought 1P4 or 1P5 from the AgileBits store and not from the Mac App Store send an email to support+licenses @ agilebits.com with the following information:

    1. your full name;
    2. your full address when you purchased 1P4 or 1P5;
    3. the approximate date you bought 1P4 or 1P5;
    4. the email address you used when you purchased 1P4 or 1P5;
    5. a link to this thread.

    You will receive an automatic response with a ticket number. Post that number in this thread, which will help AgileBits connect the two.

    Please note that the upgrade from 1P3 to 1P4 was not free so you will need to have bought one or other at some time in order now to have a licence.

    Hi @drjmcmillan,

    I see somebody has replied to your ticket.

    As this seems to be resolved I'm going to close this thread but if you have any questions or issues in the future don't hesitate to post!
