Syncing help

I recently purchased 1password for iOS. I like the software so much I also purchased the Windows PC version and downloaded it to my iPad too.

I have it for iOS - for iPhone, iPad and Windows PC

So I have been entering my vault into Windows PC version. I found out the hard way that Windows version cannot sync with iCloud.

So what is the best way to sync so that is updated on all my devices.. iphone, ipad PC?

Additionally, so if I open 1password on either device iphone and ipad and when I am not on my WiFi at home and on my cellular network that I am getting the latest vault?

The best way would be Dropbox, Dropbox will ensure all of your data is in sync on all devices connected to your Dropbox account. If you haven't disabled 1Password from the iOS devices' cellular data options, yes, 1Password will attempt to sync with Dropbox to ensure you're viewing the latest data while you're on the cellular network.
