Login using Google Chrome
1password is failing to create a login that can be repeated for a home depot acct. program creates the new login, but adds numerous extra data into the login. When trying to log back in to the same site using the created 1password login it fails each time. Deleting it and trying again creates the same issue time after time. Trying to edit the login also does not solve the issue. This is occurring using google chrome, with the browser extension, all new downloads. Copy and pasting the login info into the site also does not work. Clearing the cache, deleting all previous logins also does not work. This is occurring on a windows box running vista basic edition.. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated..

I tried creating a new Login on http://www.homedepot.com and 1Password didn't save anything more than the username/password fields as shown in this screenshot:
If you can provide us with the precise URL, we should be able to test it. 1Password grabs the data from the site's source code, so the fact that we're only seeing two fields and you're seeing more suggests we're looking at two different sites.
