Charged but received no confirmation e-mail

Hi there,

Not so much of a Forum thread post. One more for a support e-mail, but there doesn't seem to be one.

My credit card was charged for a subscription, but I never recieved a confirmation e-mail.

It would be great to discuss how this can be fixed

    While we wait for your email, please also note that 1Password is not a subscription service, you only get charged one time for the purchase and never again for the specific 1Password version you bought.
