Can't register 1P 5

Hello. I can't use my 1P - it says "Trial expired".
Long time ago I bought 1P 3 and then upgraded it to 1P 4. I've never seen this "license file" that is required to register 1P 5.
When I request "lost license" via agilebits.com I only get 1P 3 license key (but no file).

How should I register 1P and start using it?

From my last purchase:

Your 1Password 4 license entitles you to use 1Password 3 as well. Your 1Password 3 license key is ****-****-****-****-****-****.
Now do I have to use 1P 3 and 1P 4 as well in order to use 1P 5?

    It sounds as though the AgileBits licence bot may have got a little confused. You should somewhere have a licence file for 1P4. If you don't and did buy the 1P4 upgrade from AgileBits (as opposed to from the Mac App Store) send an email to support+licenses @ agilebits.com with the following information:

    1. your full name;
    2. your full address when you purchased 1P4;
    3. the approximate date you bought 1P4;
    4. the email address you used when you purchased 1P4;
    5. a link to this thread.

    You will receive an automatic response with a ticket number. Post that number in this thread, which will help AgileBits connect the two and speed a response.

    That message about your 1Password 4 license should have a link to allow you to automatically install the license file. If that's missing, there should also be a link to take you to the complete instructions for installing it, including a download link. The license file for version 4 is identical to the one for version 5.

    It is possible that you never installed the license file on your copy of version 4. There was a bug in version 4 that allowed some users to continue using the trial version beyond the normal 30 day trial period. That was corrected in version 5.
