Autocreation of new login page

I'm trying to create a login page for my bank. 1Password is open, but does not come up with the prompt to save the login. For login pages on other websites it does come up automatically. How can I force 1Password to create the login?

I'm trying to create a login page for my bank. 1Password is open, but does not come up with the prompt to save the login. For login pages on other websites it does come up automatically.

What URL are you seeing this problem with? What web browser are you running?

How can I force 1Password to create the login?

1. Navigate to the login page
2. Enter your usernamd and password, but DO NOT submit the page
3. Click on the 1Password button
4. Unlock
5. Click on: Settings > Save new Login
