Passwords being populated in user name text boxes on login web pages

I'm running 1Password for Windows version 4.2.0.548 and I've noticed some irregular behavior. While in the program, if I click on a hyperlink for a particular login of mine, for example, Facebook, and the program takes me to the login page, my password is being filled into the user name textbook on the page. I don't know what is being populated within the actual password text box, but I obviously get an error for the login to the site.

1. What URL is 1Password launching?
2. What web browser is 1Password launching?
3. What version of 1Password are you running in your web browser?

Using Facebook as the example:
