The Metro Transit site in Minneapolis/Saint Paul, https://account.metrotransit.org/signin.aspx, functions correctly when using FireFox, and the 1P browser, but not with Safari (Current patched versions of all). When reported to Metro Transit, they replied:

I personally use KeyPass and it works just fine.

Please open a complaint with the company you purchased the 1Password product from. If we can get specific instructions from the company of how exactly we need to code our web site, then perhaps we can make some progress in that direction.

Can you link them to some documentation which might be causing this behavior in Safari.

  • I just tested filling on that site using Safari, and it seems to work fine.

Could you please try saving a new login manually there and see if that helps:

    Saving a new Login manually

If that doesn't fix the issue, could you please let me know the version number of the 1Password extension you're using in Safari? And what exactly isn't filling correctly... are any of the fields filled successfully?
