Crash When Adding New Login

in 1Password 4 for Windows
  1. Click New Item
  2. Click Login
  3. Disregard pop-up that tells you to do it through the extension (because this should work anyways)
  4. Get "1Password has encountered a problem." error dialog

    I'm sorry to hear about the crash. Can you tell me if you've submitted the error report to us?

    I'm not able to reproduce the crash. To help us narrow this down, can you tell me which version of Windows and 1Password you're using?
