Now I use 1Password 4.5.3 on iPhone5s (iOS7.1.2) and 1Password 4.2.1b551 for Windows with Dropbox sync.
There is a webpage 1Password 4.5.3 cannot type automatically.
Please access following url with Mobile Safari user-agent and click "戻る" button. "戻る" means "back" in English.

I can confirm the issue with the filling in 1Browser and also the 1Password extension for Mobile Safari on iOS 8. I've filed a bug report and we'll look into fixing this in a future update.
By the way, if you use the desktop version of the site, it does work fine. Unfortunately, I don't see any option to ask the site to use the desktop mode. If you can find it, you should then be able to use 1Password to fill it in.
If we do fix this issue, it will only come to 1Password 5 on iOS 8, which is a free update to 1Password 4 (and iOS 7).
