in 1Password 4 for Windows

I am still trying out the trial version for Windows 8 and have synced everything from my Mac. The 1Password button is in the upper right corner but when I click on it nothing happens. Any thoughts?

    @Boone43atc Please turn OFF this setting: Help > Advanced > Verify web browser code signature
