Backup failed

Hi,

I installed the 1password 4 on my mac and now, the app is showing a popup on finder, telling me that the backup is failing. You can see the screen in attach
.

Some one know how to fix it?

    Does the following page help at all? Backup failed/1Password failed to create a backup

    Please do let us know how you get along with those two suggestions, based on the visible part of the error message in that screenshot it would seem to relate to the top suggestion on that page, Unable to backup data.

    Hi,
    I access the page that you sent me and restart my 1password using the troubleshooting option and seems that I lost all my passwords. is it possible to recover them? i`m using 1password 4...

    Hi @rodybloise,

    Something isn't right at all. Restarting 1Password mini is just about kickstarting a process that should be running while it sounds like something more serious is going on with more than just the backup location.

    I would like you to create the following Diagnostic Report.

    Then attach everything to an email to us: support+ forum@agilebits.com

    Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.

    Once you've sent the Report a post here with the ticket ID will help us to keep an eye out for it. :)

    Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks in advance!
