1P stopped working on Firefox

Does anyone know what I should do? I click the icon in Firefox 36.01 on a Windows 7 computer and nothing happens.

Can you try the tips in that guide that Stefan linked to as some of them helped other customers in the same situation.

Can you tell me if you're using an anti-malware solution on your PC? If yes, which one?
