Sync Windows 8 w/ iOS 8.2

Hello,
I started a wifi sync between my PC and IPhone 6. IPhone can see the PC. I tap the secret code and it announces "Sync Started". However, nothing happens and after a couple of minutes, an error message appears on the iphone.
What am I doing wrong ?

    @mdc64 The date & time on both devices need to match, and both devices need to be running in the same time zone. Ideally, you should sync them with a time server.

    Please see these steps from my awesome colleague @MrRooni

    If none of this works, then you might want to disable Wi-Fi Sync on your iPhone and then re-enable it.
