Bug? Credit card type removed when adding or deleting fields.

This looks to be a bug, or at something that shouldn't happen...

I create a new 'Credit Card' entry. I then fill out all the appropriate fields. At then end, I decide to either 'Add' or 'Delete' fields. At that point, all of the values stay typed in EXCEPT the credit card type - it changes to a blank selection. This doesn't happen with other drop downs (Expiry Date, Valid From, etc).

For now, I type everything I want in, then save the card, then go back and edit and add or delete fields. When I do that, the credit card type value sticks. It's only on a new creation.
