Pro upgrade failed

HI, I purchased 1Password 5 on my Mac, and also have it installed on my iPhone 5S. I'm not certain, but it doesn't seem as if the iOs pro features are included in that 50$ price. If that is true, ok, but I also cannot purchase the upgrade. Everytime i try to upgrade to pro version it says it failed. I've deleted and reinstalled the app with no success.

  • Hi @jeffmuldoon,

I'm really sorry to hear the purchase for Pro features is not going through for you. It is indeed a separate purchase from 1Password for Mac. Could you please post the version number of 1Password that you have installed and also let me know the exact error message you are getting?

    Thanks!

Yes i'm running 5.4. I getting the error message "Purchase failed. 1 password wasn't able to complete your purchase Please check your settings, make sure you're connected to internet and try again". all my settings are ok and I'm on the internet

  • Thanks @jeffmuldoon. Could you please try enabling the 1Password > Settings > Advanced > Diagnostics > Log Settings > In-App Purchase setting, then attempt to make the purchase again? If it fails (which it probably will), I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your iOS device:

    https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/ios.html

Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support+forum@agilebits.com

Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.

You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can quickly track down the Report and ensure that it is dealt with quickly. :)

Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks in advance!
