firefox extension - 2 icons in top toolbar

in 1Password 3 – 7 for Mac

Hi - I'm still on 1password 3. Using extension 3.9.20 on firefox latest (37.0.1), I have 2 icons, one of which is pretty janky as you can see by screenshot. I've seen this before on older firefox's too - I only have 1 other extension running and the same thing happens when the only extension running is 1password.

Any ideas?

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with 1Password. Unfortunately, this is a known issue with the 1Password 3 Firefox extension. Our development efforts are focused on improving 1Password 5 at the moment, so I can't promise you much in terms of a fix. The good news is that this issue is not present in the re-designed extension (which is used for 1Password 4 and 1Password 5.) If you're stuck using 1Password 3 because of an older operating system, the extension should continue to function correctly despite this visual glitch.

    Please do let us know if you're seeing the extension behaving oddly though!
