Customer Support [Emails do not show up in the public forum, we will answer directly to your emails]
I am trying to figure out how to get notified of an answer to me.
I asked a question yesterday and I cannot find the answer. I would like to purchase the software but I am worried about how difficult it is to talk to someone there or even e-mail. Where do I select to receive a notification when an answer is posted?

@latrevisana - To make sure you get email notifications when someone replies to your forum discussion -
- Click on your name at top of screen.
- Click on downwards arrow at top right of the orange box in next screen and select Edit Profile.
- Click on 'Notification Preferences'.

Just to clarify, it looks like you emailed us first, that's why you didn't find your answer here as the email are private and we reply directly to your email. You should already got an answer from Laura already about 6 hours ago.
