Best option for two PCs, iPhone, and Apple Watch: [One Windows license + iOS purchase]

Hello, I have a question regarding the most optimal licensing available for the following situation. I have a WIndows PC, my wife has a Windows PC, we each have an iPhone and we each have an iWatch. I would like to put 1Password on all devices. What is the optimal licensing model for us?
