Domain Matching entries not saving [Possible missing domains file]

Any entries I add to Domain Matching are simply gone next time I open it.

Also, how does Domain Matching interact with Enable Multiple URLs? If my login URL is for "www.amazon.com", do I need to add just "amazon.com" and "amazon.co.uk" to Domain Matching or do I have to include the "www".
