IE Enhanced Protection Mode is off and addin won't work

The software says I need to turn off IE Enhanced Protection Mode but it's already disabled. The addin won't work, just keeps giving the same error. Win 7 Pro/IE 11 on Toshiba Protégé 30A. Why won't this work on here?

That might be because of a different reason, such as an anti-malware solution that could fool 1Password into thinking it is turned on.
Do you have Webroot installed? If not, can you tell me which anti-malware solution you might have installed.
