Why can't I use multiple tag arguments to find a password?

I have a password that's tagged "VirginMedia", "Mobile" & "Reginald" but searching "Virgin" & "Reginald" yields null result. Searching "Virgin" finds all my Virginmedia and Virginmobile passwords, and searching "Reginald" yeilds all his. But I can't get search to drill down to the one overlap record. Yes, I am searching All Fields http://t.co/wHLRWmzvJX. I'm W7 64b initially on V4.3.1.560, then upped to Beta 4.3.2-570 and still #same. Thank you :)
