Why can 1Password not Sync via ICloud on Windows? [1Password uses CloudKit, not available on Windows

I will use 1Password on IOS, Windows and MAC.
I can't use on Windows the WIFI-Sync but icloud Sync Client is installed and sync my Fotostream and Files.
i will not use Dropbox, one Account less.

1Password can Sync over ICloud between MAC and IOS. Why can't sync 1Password not on Windows via icloud? Has the Windows ICloud Client not the right API Functions, that needed for 1Password or what is the Problem?

If possible add Support for Syncing over ICloud Client on Windows, Thanks.

    1Password can sync over iCloud between Mac and iOS. Why can't sync 1Password not on Windows via iCloud?

    Actually, 1Password for Windows can sync via iCloud Drive, but 1Password for Mac and iOS cannot. They are using CloudKit (not iCloud Drive).

    Correct. CloudKit does not exist on Windows.
