How to get the auto-save dialog? [Automatically prompted once the login form is submitted]

I have just refreshed Firefox 37.0.2 and reinstalled the 1Password extension 4.3.1. Only 1 menu item now appears in Firefox which has the lock symbol. How do I get the other drop down box back i.e. the one that prompted for log-in details to be stored.

It should appear automatically when you login to a site that does not have a login item stored for it.
