Unable to unlock 1Password vault, password is incorrect

Today, i cannot ulock 1password.Message is here.

"Unable to unlock 1Password Vault.
Your 1Password Vault could not be unlocked with the password you provided.
Please verify the password and try again."

this happend on my iPhone/iPad/Windows.(alll 1password)

Using Dropbox
I didn't change my password.

What should i do?

Hi @ksatoh,

Are you sharing your vault with someone via Dropbox? If yes, is it possible the other person changed the password?

Did anything happen between today and yesterday when it worked for you, like installing a Windows update or 1Password update?

Also, is it possible you've using a different vault? Please open the main 1Password program, go to the File Menu > Reopen 1Password Vault, do you see other vaults in the list?

oh. fixed today.
Yesterday, i did "Restore 1password vault from backup" before read your message. But i cannot unlock this time.(not fixed)
Today, when i start 1password, showing like this message
"detect 1password vault deleted, open your vault?"
so i chose "Yes" and Fixed now. i can unlock now.
