After upgrade, my license key no longer works [Different version of 1Password bought]

This afternoon, I received a notification to upgrade my version of 1Password. I followed the instructions and now I find that my license key (from my purchase on 7/21/12 no longer works. I ad purchased a lifetime family license.

What's going on here?

I created a new family license and emailed it to you at the same email address you used to purchase the previous family license. I'll send you a private message with more information.
