Now new Passwords after upgrade and move to opvault works [workaround]

Hey to all,
i have a strange issue.

I have do two Things today:

• First i have upgrade my 1password to the newest windows Version 4.5.0.572
• I have moved all passes from the agilekeychain to opvault

After These changes all "old" migrated Logins works finde on fillout various webguis.
Every new created Login doesnt work to fill out (saved Manual in IE), because auto-save popup doesnt work.
On "old" Passes a right-click in IE show the saved user and pass, on a "new" Pass it show nothing.
If i look in the 1password programm all data are stored correctly

If i will fillout a Weblogin now with a new stored pass there is a 1password popup that there no respective fields in IE to fill out.

I am alone with this issue?

If i try to fillout a new saved Password in other Browser like Chrome (here Google login) the Cursor are select the fields username ans Password and trigger the submit button. But there are no filled data :/
I hope all stored logins are can be recovered

Solution:

• Open 1Password
• Edit the last stored Login
• Activate the Setting "Manual fillout in Browser"
• doubleclick the item (or rightclick open and login)
• edit the item
• disable the Setting "Manual fillout"

I dont know, but after These changes all new stored Login works fine

I've testet the Google ans raspberry Login too - works fine now

All my data are correct after your patch in the next update? ;)

Or ist there any additional Workaround that i must do?

Hi @lutz,

Too early to say, we need to figure out what's going on first. Once we know the cause, we'll then need to figure out how to fix it. Generally, most of our fixes are automatic and doesn't require any workarounds.

I have found a second issue after my convert and store new accounts :angry:

The Option "Show usernames instead Login title" doesnt work anymore for new Logins
The Workaroud for this issue is to restart 1password helper after store new login

Hi @lutz,

I can confirm that it is related to using the OPVault format. I can consistently reproduce it in OPVault format only but not agilekeychain format. When I exported my non-usable OPVault items and imported it into an agilekeychain format, it did work right away.

Our developer is investigating it as we speak. We will get a fix out soon.
