On the assumption you're using 1P4 or 1P5 and that the problem applies not to all logins but only one or two try re-creating and saving the relevant login(s) manually. If that doesn't work please post again and tell us:
- what version of 1P you are using on your Mac (go to 1P > About 1Password and tell us exactly what it says there);
- what browser you are using and the version number of the 1P extension in that browser;
- your OS X version number;
- if it's not confidential, the URL of the login that is causing problems.

Hi @anathanson,
There is the link that Stephen_C has kindly posted and we also have this page on Creating a multi-page Login that you might find useful. It tries to cover what might work on a number of pages but there isn't a guarantee that it will work - it depends on how their pages have been designed. As the page will indicate at the bottom, sometimes the only way to have it work are two individual Login items, one for page in the login process.
Now if we're talking about the new login page for gmail then it should work. I haven't had to touch my Login items for gmail since the redesign from one screen to two (or three if you make use of 2FA).
We'll do our best to assist with any questions you have but a bit more detail on your situation will make it a lot easier to ensure we give you the correct guidance :smile:

I do thank you very much for your helpful comments. Unfortunately, however, I was using the thirty day trial version that I plan to uninstall and download the paid version and start from scratch.
Again, I much appreciate your responses, and will refer to them if I encounter them again (or posting these (or other not so intuitive issues)0 -
Hi @anathanson,
On behalf of Stephen and littlebobbytables, you're very welcome!
I wanted to let you know that the trial version that you downloaded from our website is the same as the full version from our website. If you purchase a license for 1Password 5 for Mac from our website, you'll receive a license file that you apply to the app to fully activate it.
On the other hand, if you purchase 1Password 5 for Mac from the Mac App Store, that will install a separate copy of 1Password on your Mac. When you open it for the first time, it should fine the data you entered in the AgileBits Store version.
If you want to reset 1Password and start again from scratch, you can do that by following the steps here: How do I start over with an empty vault?
I hope that helps, but we're here for you if you have more questions or need anything else! :)
