Upgrading license

Hello there, my first post here. Let me say that I don't find it particularly brilliant to have the forum as only way to get answers from AgileBits, but that's your choice and I guess I'll have to suck it up.

In any case, to my problem. I purchased 1password on Apple's AppStore and have it installed alright on my MacBook, iPad and iPhone. It would be useful for me to have it also on my PC. On your website's store, there's an option to "upgrade license" to have the Mac+Windows bundle, but I'd need the license code to see how much I'd have to pay. Tried to have the code sent to my e-mail a couple of times (btw, it would be nice to have a message after the user clicks on "send"), then found out from your KB that since I bought 1password on Apple's AppStore I don't need a license code (probably don't have one?). How should I proceed to upgrade my license and run 1password also on my PC?
