Can't open 1password on my computer

I can't open 1password on my computer. I was able to open it a half hour ago. When I tried again after I was timed out, i kept getting the wrong password sign. On two different browsers, and the application.

I had no problem opening it on my phone with my finger print. I also had no problem changing the password on my phone, which requires that one has the old password. But I still can't open it on my computer. Any suggestions?

Never mind. I turned off my computer to reset the computer. One password works now.
But I still don't know why it wasn't working.

    Hi @antielinda,

Thanks for posting the update! We're glad to hear that a restart solved the problem you were encountering and let you login to 1Password again.

In some instances, certain installed software influences how keystrokes are processed and can interfere with your ability to type in your password. Restarting your Mac can stop these applications and also restart any other “misbehaving” applications. It's hard to say specifically what might have caused this to happen on your computer, but luckily it's not a permanent problem. Cheers! :)
