I might have posted something stupid

So umm, until I'm sure I'm going to replace this with a paragraph talking about how much I like 1P and how many times it's saved my butt. Especially when I'm not at home and I really need a password, being able to pull that up-to-date list up on my phone and get exactly what I need, is super amazing.

Now, I'm off to figure out if the question I originally posted here was just me, being a dope.

PS: if someone with some authority can delete this, please do. I couldn't see a way.

@bradleysm I haven' deleted your post. Don't worry about asking what you may feel to be a silly question: we all had to start at the bottom of the learning curve once! :)

I've left the post so that you can come back here and let us know either that everything is OK or, alternatively, explain any problem you're having. If you do have a problem, when you post again please tell us what version of 1P you are using (go to 1Password > About 1Password, click on Copy to Clipboard and post the result here) and any other relevant information (like whether or not you sync 1P data and if so how), with a full description of the problem.

    Hi @bradleysm,

We even ask each other dopey questions here in AgileBits so feel free to ask anything (ideally focussed on 1Password) if you have a question  It might be an easy question to answer or it might be the software doing something silly. Either way I hope you find an answer to your query.

    Thanks guys.
I thought I had accidentally bought a second license for the Mac/Win 1P bundle, and I was asking how I could get that refunded. But now I appears that I was wrong, because I can't find a transaction for it.

    So, nothing to see here!

    Thank you all the same,
    Stev

    Hey Stev ( @bradleysm ),

Well it's funny you should ask... and then un-ask... I went to our sales records just to make sure you didn't get charged twice, and I found that, although you're right that the bundle purchase was only processed once, you actually already had a license for 1Password 5 for Mac, bought in 2013. (The license file for 1Password 4 is the same for version 5.)

A single license for 1Password 5 for Mac can be used to register the app on as many Macs as you have, and shared with up to 5 other family members in your household. So, with the bundle, you've essentially bought another Mac license that I'm guessing you don't need. Unless it's a gift for someone?

With the upgrade discount your existing license would get you, a single license for 1Password for Windows would only cost you $24.99. Would you like a $10 refund for the difference? :)
