How do I sync my data on the Mac with 1Password on Windows? [Use Dropbox]

I purchased the bundle for mac, windows etc. I set up program on Apple and successfully merged with iphone & ipad. Now at work downloaded the copy to windows but cannot figure out how merge it with the apple copy. HELP please.
