Wondering if there will be a way to migrate vaults from DropBox over to OneDrive.

It depends what platforms you're running 1Password on. If you're running Mac and Windows only, then yes -- you can migrate your vaults from Dropbox to OneDrive.
On Mac, change the sync settings from Dropbox to Folder Sync. Then point Folder Sync to your OneDrive. On Windows, there is nothing to configure. Simply open your vault from your OneDrive.
If you want to include our Windows Modern Alpha into this mix, then please note you'll need to upgrade your agilekeychain to opvault.
