I have copied and pasted my licese number twice in order to update to your new version. I asked your system for a new licese number as I couldn't remember the old one - unsurprisingly. Anyway it refuses to do anything - very annoying

    If you have a license for an older version, that might explain why it isn't working in 1Password 4. In these cases, the best thing to do is contact us at support+licenses at agilebits dot com so we can help you get everything sorted out. :)
