“stay signed in” with Safari
I need to be able to UNCHECK the option to “stay signed in” on some sites. I uncheck the "stay signed in" box, wipe history, close Safari, but as soon as I go to one of the sites via 1Password on Safari, the "stay signed in" box comes back checked again. This is occurring with a set of my WordPress sites - and I cannot get to the admin on some of them because 1Password is insisting on using the "stay checked in" that occurs on one of the sites on both of them. I can get past the problem once on just one site each opening of Safari (making sure the "signed in" box is unchecked) and doing the user name and password manually, but as soon as I close the site, and want to go to the site again, when I enter the admin address manually, 1PassWord insists on again on putting a check mark in the "stay checked in" box and I get sent to the wrong WordPress site. This problem does not occur on Firefox, but I much prefer using Safari. Please help!
1Password Version: Version 5.3 Mac App
Extension Version: 4.3.2
OS Version: 10.10.3

Recreate those records using the processes described here, Saving a Login manually. Make sure the box to "Keep Me Logged In" is unchecked, then save the record. You should be OK afterwards.
1Passsword is saving other page details besides just the username and password. You can see them by clicking on the button to "show web form details." You'll want a record that saves that part of the page in the unchecked state, which is what the recommended procedure will take care of.

Hi @grayced,
The suggestion from hawkmoth should definitely help with that. I just wanted to add that you might be able to take care of this in the existing Login item, instead of creating a new one. In the main 1Password app, find that Login item and click the Edit button. Then click "show web form details" and look for a checkbox that would represent the "stay checked in" box. If it's there, you should be able to click on it to un-check the box in the web form details (then remember to Save the changes to that Login item).
I hope that helps, but if you need anything else, just let us know! :)

@grayced - I really should have thought of what @Drew_AG said. I hope you found his post before you followed my directions, even though they too would work.
Edit: I just checked my record for the AgileBits forum, where I do stay logged in. The web form details don't include any information one way or the other about staying logged in. So there isn't anything to edit in that record.

I would say it's the case that if one approach doesn't work then the other might.
@grayced, if you're still having troubles even after both suggestions please do let us know.
