No activation instructions in 1Password activation link

Hi
I actually have two questions:
1) I bought Parallels Desktop 10 and got 1Password 5 for Mac as as part of the bundle. When I click the activation link, it takes me to Agilebits' home page without any special activation instructions. What do I do?
2) I'm actually an existing customer and had already bought a 1Password license for Mac some time ago through the Mac AppStore. Would it in anyway be possible to exchange this license for a 1Password for Windows license?
