Can't even get started . . .

I downloaded the free trial (because I need this I think!). It asked me for a master password, and then to confirm it and write a security question.

Then it asked me to sign in and keeps telling me I have the wrong password. So I can't even get going on this! Help - is there a way to re-set this and start over?

    Okay, this is driving me crazy. I have so many problems, I have been locked out of my financial accounts. Can I submit a list of my problems directly to customer support or do I have to post on the user forums? Or should I just uninstall this stupid program?

    Referring to your comment about being locked out of your financial accounts, I assume this is separate from your original cause for posting?
