Possible syncing issue

In desperate need of some help, but not sure what happened with my 1 password. Boss tried to change his password…there was a syncing issue. Everything seems to have reverted to an older time, and 1 pass account info is all missing from my computer. Is there a support # where I can speak with someone? Our IT guy can't even seem to figure it out.

    You haven't given any indication of what version of 1Password you are using, but if it's version 5, what do you see in 1Password > Preferences > Backup? Anything like the attached image, which lists all the backups? If you click on the most recent one there, can you open it with your master password? What about the next most recent backup?
