I keep getting trial expired when I use this - and I can't find an email with my license on it. I'm pretty sure I bought this but need help need the email with my license number and information on how to download it

    Hi @juliehallowell1,

    Thanks for coming to us for help with your license. I think I found the problem!

    It appears that you mistyped your email address when you bought/registered the license (juile rather than julie), so I have changed it to match the email address associated with your forum login and resent the license to you. Hopefully that will get to you! Let us know if it doesn't.

    On behalf of Vee, you're very welcome! That happens to me sometimes, too - my fingers always want to type fast, but my ability to type correctly can't always keep up. ;)
