Syncing 1 Password using drop box

I have dropbox but my wife who shares it with me can't sync to my account (Master) with drop box. Previously that was easy. Can you help us

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble with Dropbox sync! We'll see what we can do to help you sort this out.

    It sounds like you've successfully synced before and it has recently stopped working, is that correct?

    We'll need a bit more information to guide you in the right direction, so could you please let us know:

    • What types of devices you're trying to sync together (Mac computer, iOS, etc?)
    • The versions of each operating system involved (OS X Yosemite, iOS 8, etc?)
    • The versions of 1Password installed on each device
    • Do you each have separate Dropbox accounts, or do you both use the same one?

    And are you trying to sync such that you both use the same identical primary vault, or would you prefer to each have your own primary vault and a shared secondary vault?
