I have a license key for 5.0.2 but no file or email. How do i enter the key>

I found we had three records for you, all with variations on your name. Unfortunately that confused the system so even if you requested your licences to be sent out to you it probably wasn't sending all of the required information. Now I've sorted that but when I tried to resend your licences to you I instantly receive back an error message saying your email address, the one you have registered here in the forums, is inactive. Does this email address still exist?
If it doesn't then we have a problem we need to address. If this is indeed the case can you email us at support+licenses@agilebits.com with the following details please.
- Your full name as you would have supplied at the time of purchase.
- Your physical address at the time of purchase.
- Your old email address and your new email address.
- A link to this thread, which is https://discussions.agilebits.com/discussion/42250/i-have-a-license-key-for-5-0-2-but-no-file-or-email-how-do-i-enter-the-key
With those details, whichever member of our team stumbles upon your email first will understand what is going on and be to assist.
If your email address is still active then I'm not sure why our system reported that error but it seemed to come from 'your' email server. If you visit our AgileBits Support page there is a small box in the top left hand corner titled I’ve lost my license. If you enter your email address there do you have any better luck than I have?
Once we've got your records sorted out the licensing issue will be taken care of in no time at all :smile:
