1Password transmits my LOGIN ID but not Password (fails on both Mac and Windows machines)
Just enrolled with Adobe document cloud (Convert PDFs to Excel etc). Set 1Password with url ID & generated password.
But when I call it from Safari, 1Password transmits the Login ID but not the password. Why?
1Password Version: 5.4.BETA-16
Extension Version: 4.3.1
OS Version: OS X 10.3.3.
Sync Type: Dropbox

Hi @drh. Sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing with the login not working properly.
Sometimes issues like this are resolved easily by manually saving a new login for the website in question. Please try manually saving the login.

I called on a Sunday and in 10 minutes you came up with the cure. Problem solved. Manually saving the login did the trick. Both Mac and Windows machines are singing to the new tune. Thanks a mil . . . .0 -

The manually saving a Login item is a great trick, one of the things I learnt myself when I, as a customer, started using these forums. It's tidbits like that that have helped me use 1Password more effectively in my day to day usage.
