    Hi @sweisse,

Now languages aren't my strong point but I will try my best. I believe the error message is reporting there are multiple copies of 1Password mini. Each copy of 1Password contains 1Password mini and due to reasons that I won't go into just now, OS X can get confused and launch the wrong one. Do you have more than one copy of 1Password anywhere on your system? It could be an extra copy in your Downloads folder, your Desktop of an external drive connected to your new MacBook Pro. If OS X can see another copy that might explain the error message that I believe you are seeing.

    Could that be the case?

    Thank you for your reply.

That's correct i have more than one 1Password on my mac after i check.
But what happens if i delete the wrong one? Are my saved password files
    gone afterwards?

Because i have two apps in the folder 1Password:

Can i delete the last two with Clean my Mac and still have my passwords
    in the new one?

Please let me know what i have to consider.

    Thanks.

    Hi @sweisse,

Be careful with Clean My Mac! It has been known to be involved with the accidental deletion of supporting files you don't want to delete, like your secure data vault. You can manually delete 1Password.app and 1Password 5.app as much as you want, by moving them to the Trash, and your data will be safe because it is stored elsewhere on your computer.

Your screenshot shows a folder called 1Password. Where is that folder located? The 1Password app should be in your Applications folder for best results. I'd suggest keeping 1Password 5.app, moving it to the Applications folder, and deleting the other two manually.

Thank you very much. I've deleted the two others and put the 1Password 5.app in the main application folder.
After restart, no error again. Thank you very much for the quick support. Best Regards, Mark
