1Password on iOS can only sync the primary vault as iCloud, 1Password on Windows doesn't support it
I have several issues with 1password, but will add them as individual issues in the support forum so each can be addressed separately.
Scenario - syncing to icloud stops if second vault added
1) New install of 1password on iPhone (latest ios and latest 1password software) (delete and reinstall to replicate)
2) Create new vault with sync t icloud
3) Add item to vault and sync Works perfectly
4) Add second vault from dropbox sync. (create simple vault in windows 1password and copy to dropbox)
5) open new dropbox vault (named 1password), and enter test data.
6) Sync dropbox vault works perfectly.
7) change vault from second 1password vault back to primary vault.
8) Attempt to sync....... noting happens!!. The vault will not sync. (longest waited was 24 minutes, with sync progress showing as "syncing"
9) Go into second vault sync setting and delete the vault.
10) 1password defaults back to primary vault.
11) attempt to sync primary vault with icloud. Success!!!
Can someone please give me some advice to set this up or can someone from agilebits acknowledge there is a problem and give an indication of a fix schedule.
Note: I have purchased both the windows version of 1password, and the ios in app purchase for the "Pro" features
1Password Version: ios 5.4.2 & Win 4.5.0.575
Extension Version: not used in this scenario
OS Version: Win 8.1 Pro (fully patched)
Sync Type: icloud & dropbox

@ducati: I'm sorry for the confusion! iCloud can only sync the primary vault.
But it sounds like Dropbox is a better option for you anyway, since you need to sync across multiple platforms. And you can sync (and share) multiple vaults using Dropbox, so I think that covers it!
