redeem code for web users
What about sending a redeem code for website users so they can download for free the app from the Mac App Store so everything works fine and smooth again as the whole app?

Hi @marcdiez,
While Apple do issue some sort of code, they issue them in such minute numbers that it simply isn't feasible to migrate even a small percentage of our AgileBits Store customers to the Mac App Store version. The few we're given typically get consumed with one or two ongoing requirements, one of which relates to Apple I believe.
When all of this occurred with the release of iCloud Drive, iOS 8 and Yosemite all possibilities were considered. Sadly there just is not a viable method of allowing everybody that wanted to to make the migration to do so.

We think so too. Who knows, maybe at some point Apple will add extra features to their stores that allow us a bit more freedom - it's hard to say.
