Running Windows at Work

Hi. What a fantastic product. I purchased 1Password to use on my Mac, iPhone iPad and Computer at work. It's truly seamless. But I didn't realise (I don't believe the site was clear enough) that I had to purchase a licence for my work computer. It keeps asking me for a licence code. That's not an issue to be honest but I've seen there's even a bundle discount. How can I Can get details on upgrading to the bundle please.

    So as you've gathered our licences are per platform. If you'd had a Mac at work you would have been covered and all would already be fine. As it's a Windows machine it does mean a different licence - sorry. No matter where you purchased 1Password for Mac we are happy to get you the bundle price if you'd like to purchase 1Password for Windows. I did look for your forum registered email address to see if you had purchased 1Password for Mac from us using that address but no luck.

    All that means is a quick email to us will get you sorted :smile:

    What you want to do is email us at support+licenses@agilebits.com. If you purchased 1Password for Mac directly from us then simply emailing us from that same email address and explaining you'd like to get the bundle price is all you need to do. We can find your licence and get you sorted. If you purchased 1Password for Mac from Apple's Mac App Store then could you attach your Apple receipt to the email please as proof of your purchase. Apple don't pass on any details of their customers so we're actually quite unaware of any of our Mac App Store customers until they pop into the forums.

    I wasn't able to find your email when I searched for the email address associated with your forum account, so I'm guessing you may have sent it from a different address - which is fine!
