i can't update to 3.8.22 ..... it fails to extract at the end of the download
the extension show me to move to the troubleshooting to download updates for the app. But it stops when start to extract the file

I hope you don't mind, but I've moved your message to our 1Password 3 for Mac forums, in case you need more help with this. I'm sorry you're having trouble downloading the update for 3.8.22!
I'm not sure why that isn't working, but you can download version 3.8.22 from the "Legacy" section at the bottom of our download site. Then unzip the file (if necessary) and move the new app to Applications, replacing the previous version.
